As I've been interning in the Psychiatric ward of a prestigious hospital, I sense that we as individuals have a lot to be greatful for, I agree with Maxabella when she says that she is grateful for her Mental Health. Yes it is true, there is no pain, suffering, frustration, grief worse in the world than having your loved one succumb to a mental illness. In the course of time all it becomes is a 'shared illness' the load of which is carried by every family member. And when I see good psychiatrists doing there best to at least ease the tension present at the surface level of the family members of the patient, I feel glad...
I'm greatful for reading good blogs, the words which rejuvenate my spirit, my heart telling me that words carry with them not only immense potential but eternal beauty......
I'm greatful for my experience at hospital all this while, if nothing else, I have begun to 'listen' ( the meaning of this listening goes far beyond the usual meaning....)
Last but not the least, I'm greatful for my 'words' my Art, for I can express as I feel...and yes it feels good:)
have a great weekend
Love

Thanks for stopping by Ink Paper Pen and asking about W.o.W - yes, we would love for you to take part. Basically, I post a writing prompt (on Mondays) and then we all do a timed writing exercise to that writing prompt and link it up to a linky (the linky is open Mon-Fri to give everyone plenty of time to post). We then pop around visiting each other's writing pieces to offer a bit of encouragement. I am finding it a great way to get motivated with my writing. Have a look at the below link to get an idea of one of our previous exercises:

Hope to see you linking up this week! I will post the exercise on Monday. Send me your email address if you would like me to contact you when the exercise is up and running...
